Delivery

Service Delivery Policy

SmartLink supplies digital services. This policy explains when delivery begins, what customers must provide, and when a SmartPage is considered delivered.

Effective date: 1 August 2026

1. Delivery mode

SmartLink services are supplied electronically through the SmartLink platform, email, private review links, hosted checkout and published digital pages. No physical goods are shipped unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Country and currency

IronGate Digital is domiciled in South Africa. SmartLink may offer services to customers in South Africa and other supported markets. Prices and payments may be offered in South African rand (ZAR) or another currency supported for the relevant product, market and payment method. The currency and amount displayed in the order or checkout flow apply to that transaction. Availability outside South Africa may depend on product, payment, hosting, tax and legal requirements.

3. DIY services

DIY tools are made available through the platform after the required account, verification and payment conditions are met. A DIY SmartPage is considered delivered when the relevant builder or account capability is made available. Publishing remains subject to plan limits, lawful content and successful activation payment where required.

4. SmartLink-built services

Production normally begins only after we receive the required setup payment, complete brief, usable content and necessary approvals. The order may move through intake, production, private review, changes, approval, activation payment and publishing.

5. Estimates

Any delivery estimate is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless expressly agreed in writing. Timing may change because of incomplete information, delayed customer responses, scope changes, media quality, third-party services, technical issues or unusual demand. We will communicate material delays where reasonably practical.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, contact, product and service information.
  • Provide lawful, authorised and suitably usable text, images, video, logos and testimonials.
  • Respond to review requests and questions within a reasonable time.
  • Check spelling, pricing, contact details, claims and regulatory information before approval.
  • Maintain access to the registered email account and protect login credentials.

7. Private review and acceptance

A private review is delivered when it becomes available to the assigned client account. Approval records acceptance of the presented draft for activation and publishing. A request for changes must be sufficiently specific. Changes outside the selected package or agreed scope may require an additional quote or revised delivery date.

8. Activation and publishing

Approval alone does not make a SmartPage public. Where activation payment is required, publishing remains locked until payment is confirmed. A SmartPage is considered published when SmartLink marks it live and provides or displays its public address. Hosting and paid features continue only while the applicable plan remains active.

9. Support and corrections

Report delivery defects or material errors through the Contact and Complaints page. We will investigate and, where responsible, correct the service within a reasonable period. Ongoing content changes, redesigns and additional features may be chargeable.

10. Third-party services

Delivery may depend on payment, email, hosting, domain, map, social, media or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes, but will take reasonable steps to restore or provide alternatives where the SmartLink service is affected.

11. Records

SmartLink may retain order references, payment status, review decisions, timestamps and delivery records to administer the service and resolve disputes.
